**Key Responsibilities**
As a Virtual Customer Service/Sales Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in helping our clients navigate the complexities of supplemental benefits. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Reaching out to individuals who have requested more information on the benefits we offer, and scheduling Zoom meetings to discuss their needs and options
* Customizing new benefit plans and adjusting existing plans to fit the current needs of each client
* Establishing and maintaining relationships with existing and new clients, providing attentive customer service and administrative support as needed
* Performing benefit reviews for existing clients, as well as helping with any necessary claims or adjustments
* Responding to and resolving client questions and concerns regarding their benefits
* Ensuring that all documentation is accurate and complete, and performing any necessary updates on schedule
**Essential Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:
* 2+ years of experience in customer service, sales, or a related field
* Proven track record of building strong relationships with clients and colleagues
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to think creatively and solve problems
* Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on collaboration and customer satisfaction
* High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
**Preferred Qualifications**

* Experience in the insurance or financial services industry

* Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools
