As a remote call center customer service representative, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's shaping the future of patient care. **Key Responsibilities** As a Patient Client Advocate, you'll be responsible for handling customer service inquiries from members, providers, physicians, and internal and external clients related to pharmacy benefits. Your key responsibilities will include: * Handling inbound and outbound calls from members, providers, and physicians to address their pharmacy benefits-related concerns and questions * Researching and resolving problems in a timely and efficient manner, while maintaining productivity standards and performance guarantees * Collaborating with other operational departments to research and resolve mail order and claims issues, and responding to members within performance agreement guidelines * Maintaining accurate and complete documentation of all inquiries to continuously improve the customer service process and reduce potential legal concerns * Identifying and escalating concerns received from patients and/or clients in a prudent manner, to ensure corrective action is pursued and expedited to address their needs * Adhering to quality and production standards, while complying with all applicable company, state, and federal safety regulations **Essential Qualifications** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * 1 year of experience in a call center environment (preferably in customer service) * 1 year of experience in customer service (preferably in a healthcare or pharmacy benefits setting) * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to research and resolve complex issues * Proficiency in computerized systems, with the ability to navigate and utilize software applications to gather information and respond to questions * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a focus on meeting productivity standards and performance guarantees * Strong documentation and record-keeping skills, with the ability to maintain accurate and complete records of all inquiries **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable: * Experience working in a remote call center environment * Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR)) * Experience working with pharmacy benefits or healthcare-related software applications * Bilingual or multilingual skills (e.g., English/Spanish, English/French) **Skills and Competencies** To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and competencies: * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment * Proficiency in computerized systems and software applications * Strong documentation and record-keeping skills * Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information * Strong time management and organizational skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
