We're uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age, advising clients on arenaflex's broad range of products across search, video, and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences. **Key Responsibilities** As a Senior Account Manager, you'll be responsible for: * Building and managing relationships with clients, and developing an in-depth understanding of their business challenges, marketing objectives, and success metrics. * Working proactively and cooperatively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure workflows and projects are completed on time to a high standard. * Planning for, and achieving, business growth targets through the presentation of arenaflex advertising products/solutions that will help clients meet their marketing objectives. * Developing forward-thinking, data-driven analyses and consultative recommendations that align with customer goals, and quantifying high-impact opportunities with clear recommendations to present to customers. * Building an in-depth knowledge of how arenaflex Advertising products work and can be used to help meet a wide range of marketing objectives. **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. * 5 years of experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, digital media sales, business development, online media environment, or digital marketing role. * Proven track record of building and managing relationships with clients, and developing in-depth understanding of their business challenges, marketing objectives, and success metrics. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop forward-thinking, data-driven analyses and consultative recommendations. * Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present complex ideas and solutions to clients and internal stakeholders. **Preferred Qualifications** * Master's degree in a business-related field. * 3 years of experience managing digital marketing and advertising campaigns and relationships with customers or agencies. * Experience in customer-facing consulting or business. * Experience optimizing and troubleshooting products or services. * Experience with arenaflex Advertising products, including Google Ads, Display and Video 360, Search Ads 360, and YouTube. **Skills and Competencies** * Strong understanding of online media and digital advertising solutions. * Excellent communication and presentation skills. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Ability to develop forward-thinking, data-driven analyses and consultative recommendations. * Proven track record of building and managing relationships with clients. * Ability to work proactively and cooperatively with internal and external stakeholders. * Strong business acumen and understanding of marketing objectives and success metrics. **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location, and individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
