Job Description

We're seeking an experienced Customer Success Representative to join our summer team at arenaflex. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you'll play a critical role in nurturing our community of families and driving growth through exceptional customer service and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

As a Customer Success Representative, you'll be responsible for:
  • Providing exceptional customer service via email, phone, and chat to resolve inquiries and issues promptly.
  • Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers, anticipating their needs to ensure satisfaction.
  • Conducting customer outreach and follow-ups to provide personalized support and ensure continued engagement.
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and monitoring feedback to identify improvement areas.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet customer needs and drive process improvements.
  • Assisting with special projects to support the customer happiness team, such as research or system development projects.

Job Details

As a Customer Success Representative at arenaflex, you can expect:
  • Hours: 30-40 hours per week, Saturdays and Sundays required.
  • Period: Immediate start until the end of August.
  • Compensation: $20 per hour.
