As a Workflow Systems Analyst at arenaflex, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's shaping the future of technology. **Key Responsibilities** As a Workflow Systems Analyst at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for: * Designing and developing important workflow tooling at scale, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and high-quality engineering experiences * Delivering valuable insights and education to stakeholders across the organization, using data visualization and analytics to inform decision-making and drive business outcomes * Collaborating with Data Scientists and Engineers to develop and refine dashboards, identifying areas for improvement and implementing iterative design changes * Profiling complex workflows, identifying areas for improvement, and developing targeted solutions to drive business outcomes * Working closely with stakeholders to translate insights into actionable recommendations, driving business wins and continuous improvement **Essential Qualifications** * 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst, with a strong background in analytics, visualization, and data-driven decision-making * Advanced Tableau developer skills, with experience in data visualization and dashboard development * Proficiency in SQL, with experience in aggregation, nested queries, and data inspection/validation * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex insights to non-technical stakeholders * Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong focus on collaboration and continuous improvement **Preferred Skills** * Familiarity with Software Development Analytics, including CICD, DORA metrics, and LEAN software development * Experience in Software Development, including information construct pipelines, merging, checking structures and methods, and code transport * Product Ownership experience, with a strong focus on key results and driving business outcomes through analytics * Project management experience, with a strong focus on planning, execution, and collaboration with cross-functional teams **Education & Experience** * B.S. in Data Science, Computer Science, or related field, with a strong background in analytics, data visualization, and software development * Additional experience in workflow analysis, data visualization, and software development a plus **Benefits** As a Workflow Systems Analyst at arenaflex, you'll enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including: * Competitive salary and bonus structure * Comprehensive medical and dental coverage * Retirement savings plan with company match * Flexible work arrangements, including remote work options * Access to cutting-edge technology and tools * Opportunities for professional growth and development, including training and education programs * Eligibility for discretionary bonuses and relocation assistance **Work Environment & Culture** arenaflex is committed to creating a diverse, inclusive, and supportive work environment that values collaboration, creativity, and continuous improvement.
