**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative on our team, you'll be responsible for:
* Managing inbound calls, emails, or live chats with customers from top brands in various industries
* Identifying and assessing customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
* Building sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
* Providing accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
* Meeting personal/customer service team targets and call-handling quotas
* Keeping records of customer interactions, processing customer accounts, and filing documents
* Following communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
**Your Qualifications**
We're looking for a talented individual who:
* Is fluent in Dutch and has a good level of English
* Has proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
* Has strong focus on customer needs and understanding of how customers can behave
* Possesses strong communication, problem-solving, and active listening skills
* Has strong written skills
* Can multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
* Has a sense of ownership and pride in their performance and its impact on the company's success
