With a relentless focus on customer success, you will work closely with clients to develop a comprehensive understanding of their business challenges, marketing goals, and success metrics.
**Responsibilities**
As a Senior Account Executive on our Mid-Market Sales team, you will be responsible for:
* Building and managing relationships with C-level clients and executive partner stakeholders, developing a comprehensive understanding of their business challenges, marketing goals, and success metrics.
* Structuring a clear, long-term joint strategy between arenaflex and clients, and leading a cross-functional team within arenaflex to collaborate on projects and drive client success.
* Planning and achieving growth goals through the presentation of arenaflex advertising products/solutions that will help clients meet their marketing goals.
* Developing forward-thinking, data-driven analyses, and consultative recommendations that align with customer goals, and quantifying high-impact opportunities with clear recommendations to present to customers.
* Building knowledge of how arenaflex advertising products work and can be used to help meet a wide range of marketing goals.
**Key Skills and Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
* 8 years of experience in digital marketing, digital media, or advertising sales.
* Experience influencing or selling to C-level stakeholders.
* Experience managing a portfolio in an advertising or media sales context.
* Experience selling against traditional and digital media advertising solutions.
* Knowledge of traditional and contemporary or online marketing strategy and tactics (e.g., product knowledge across all digital advertising products areas).
* Ability to build compelling narratives and utilize storytelling as a customer engagement strategy.
* Ability to leverage business acumen to strategically assess and help solve client needs.
* Ability to achieve goals to drive growth.
