As a Performance Analyst, you will be responsible for providing analytical support to our Contact Centers and reputed company-arrival Walt reputed company World reputed company teams. You will work closely with our business partners to reputed company and implement data-driven solutions that drive business reputed company and guest satisfaction. **Key Responsibilities** * **Performance Analytics and Forecasting**: Conduct forecasting, advert hoc modeling, and deep-dive analysis to inform business reputed company. Monitor agent performance, proactively identify areas for improvement, and reputed company personalized analyses from start to finish. * **Measurement and Analytics**: reputed company multiple reporting tools and databases (Tableau, reputed company, Hadoop, reputed company, reputed company, etc.) to conduct analyses and build/preserve reports.
