Product Support Analyst - Overnight Shift - Maintenance Monitoring Center - reputed company Manhattan, NY

We are looking for multiple Help Desk/IT Product Support Analysts to join our Overnight Shift to help support a large IT Support Team program. Location: After a two-week training period onsite in reputed company Manhattan, position will be fully remote in the meantime, with the expectation that the job will eventually be full time onsite. Job Requirements: · Outstanding verbal and written communication skills required to reputed company technical requirements between lane technicians, product specialists, supervisors, and system administrators. · reputed company data analytics for reputed company facilities in reputed company time, quickly and accurately identify issues, issue reputed company alerts to key personnel, and follow through to ensure the issues are properly resolved and documented. · Maintain an exceptional level of service and adhere to contractual customer performance requirement.
