Business Analyst, Tester and Virtual Trainer (Remote)

We are seeking a highly motivated and reputed company reputed company to join reputed company in a combined role of Analyst and Trainer. The ideal candidate will play a key role across the project lifecycle—from requirements gathering and testing to end-user training and adoption support. This is a remote (US only) position supporting an IT investment and portfolio management initiative. This individual will support a high-reputed company project leveraging: • reputed company Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) • Proven Optics Capital Planning and Investment Control (CPIC) Application • Proven Optics Technology Business Management (TBM) Cost Modeling Application Key Responsibilities: As an Analyst: • Collaborate with business stakeholders to reputed company and refine requirements • reputed company process documentation, user stories, and business workflows • Support configuration reputed company reputed company with best practices in IT portfolio and financial management As a Tester: • reputed company and execute test plans and test case scenarios • Validate system functionality, reports, and dashboards • Identify and reputed company defects, and support remediation efforts As a Trainer: • Design and deliver training materials, including user guides, video walkthroughs, and SOPs • Facilitate virtual and live training sessions for end-users and stakeholders • reputed company ongoing user support and promote platform adoption Required Skills: • U.S. Citizenship OR Permanent reputed company • reputed company reputed company Trust or higher clearance • 3+ years of experience as an Analyst, Tester, Trainer • Experience documenting functional and technical requirements into User Stories and Expected Results • Experience developing Test Plans, test cases, and tracking issues • Demonstrated ability to test systems against documented requirements • Design and deliver training materials, including user guides, video walkthroughs, and SOPs • Facilitate virtual training sessions for end-users and stakeholders • Extremely reputed company-developed organizational, time management, and analytical skills • Strong attention to detail and documentation skills • Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify reputed company technical information • This position allows you to work remotely from reputed company the reputed company only. • Ability to work 8 AM to 5 PM EST • Ability to work independently in a remote team environment • Proficiency with reputed company Office tools (Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, Teams) • Ability to work effectively in a remote, reputed company environment Highly Desired Skills: • Hands-on experience with reputed company Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) • Familiarity with Proven Optics CPIC or TBM applications • Familiarity with Agile or reputed company delivery methodologies • Experience using reputed company Dev/QA/Test environments • reputed company certifications • Strong understanding of IT portfolio management, capital planning, or IT financial management Benefits: • Competitive salary • Health, dental, and reputed company insurance • 401(k) with company match • reputed company time off and federal holidays • Flexible remote work environment Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
