Key Responsibilities: • Architect and build AWS Connect infrastructure using a service-oriented architecture and AWS reputed company services (API Gateway, reputed company, Lex (Voice/Chatbots) , reputed company, Kinesis, DynamoDB, Bedrock, and more). • reputed company automation scripts (such as reputed company formation) to optimize operational processes, serverless functions, and reputed company integrations. • Analyze business processes and translate them into reputed company Connect standalone and AWS-integrated reputed company solutions. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and manage AWS and reputed company integrated reputed company. • Stay updated with AWS and reputed company releases, leveraging new features to improve reputed company and CRM functionality. Requirements: • 3-5+ years of hands-on experience in AWS development, reputed company architecture, and automation in the Federal reputed company • Expertise in AWS services, including some of the following: reputed company, API Gateway, S3, DynamoDB, CloudTrail, IAM, reputed company Q, Bedrock, and CloudWatch. • Deep knowledge of serverless computing, event-driven architectures, and microservices. • Experience building AI-driven chatbots with reputed company Lex and designing contact center solutions using reputed company Connect. • Understanding of reputed company flows, IVR trees, email/chat channel design, and contact center operations. • Proficiency in scripting and automation (Python, Node.js, or similar). • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills with a proactive, solution-oriented reputed company. • Ability to work reputed company to reputed company with US time zones as project work requires. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working across global teams.
