This is a fully remote, contract position perfect for an individual passionate about crafting unforgettable luxury events and travel itineraries. You will be responsible for the end-to-end planning and execution of exclusive events, including destination weddings, corporate retreats, milestone celebrations, and curated travel experiences for discerning clientele. Your role will involve liaising directly with clients to understand their vision, sourcing unique venues and vendors, managing budgets, coordinating logistics, and ensuring seamless execution from concept to completion. The ideal candidate thrives in a remote setting, possesses exceptional organizational skills, creativity, and a strong network within the luxury event and hospitality industries. Responsibilities include:
Consult with clients to define event objectives, themes, budgets, and guest requirements. Research, select, and book unique venues and accommodations globally. Source and manage relationships with high-end vendors, including caterers, florists, entertainers, transportation providers, and photographers. Develop detailed event timelines, run sheets, and logistical plans. Manage event budgets meticulously, ensuring cost-effectiveness and value. Coordinate all on-site logistics during events, working closely with local teams or venue staff (as applicable). Create personalized luxury travel itineraries to complement events or as standalone offerings. Ensure a consistently high level of service and client satisfaction. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise before or during events. Stay abreast of the latest trends in luxury events and travel. Qualifications:
Proven experience in event planning, with a portfolio showcasing luxury or high-end events and travel. Excellent organizational and project management skills, with meticulous attention to detail. Strong negotiation and vendor management capabilities. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and vendors. Proficiency in event management software and general office productivity tools. Creative mindset with a passion for delivering unique and memorable experiences. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines. Experience working in a remote capacity is essential.
