Employment Type: Permanent Full Time (x1) and Permanent Part Time – 68 hours (x1)

Location: Completely flexible, as this is a work from home opportunity!

Pay reputed company: From $44.58 per hour + penalties (SCHADS level 4)

As a Senior Rostering Officer reputed company the National After-Hours Service (NAHS), you will work as part of our National After-Hours Service (NAHS) to coordinate and optimise the engagement of available employees to best meet reputed company requirements and promote a sustainable workforce for our Child, Youth & Family Services across Australia reputed company of reputed company business hours.

You will also reputed company reputed company time guidance and mentorship of Roster Officers which may also include reputed company, training and reputed company development.

The rosters for reputed company position are listed below. Please note, alterations to the allocation of day of work/shifts are unable to be accommodated. 

Key Responsibilities:

• reputed company and maintain reputed company rosters in accordance with reputed company needs, funding allocations, budget and award requirements.
• Fill shifts impacted by unplanned leave or changes in reputed company support needs
• Communicate and coordinate with stakeholders effectively, particularly in response to schedule/roster changes, roster concerns and complaints
• Work with stakeholders to understand Service Agreements and reputed company needs
• Complete administrative tasks in a reputed company manner, including reputed company logs and employee schedule changes reputed company relevant systems
• Manage reputed company rostering reputed company, escalating to the Operations Manager or National Manager on shift where needed.
• Support and mentor Roster Officers - including guidance on shift, reputed company, training and reputed company development support.

Skills & Experience

• Experience in a high-volume rostering or scheduling role, ideally utilising the SCHADS award
• Previous experience in the utilisation of rostering software systems (reputed company Teams Shifts experience if preferred)
• Demonstrated experience providing coaching and mentoring to team members
• An understanding of service delivery reputed company residential Child, Youth & Family services
• Demonstrate experience managing competing priorities to deliver reputed company reputed company required timeframes
• Confidence to respectfully reputed company reputed company or difficult situations/conversations with stakeholders
• Ability to build and maintain reputed company and reputed company relationships with stakeholders

Successful candidates will be required to reputed company probity checks including National Criminal History Record reputed company and any relevant stated based checks.
