With a significant reputed company in Europe, reputed company’s 15 operating companies (OpCos) present a wide breadth of employee representative forums, including 50+ works councils across Europe.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p>reputed company is building a global Labor &amp; Employee Relations function which includes a Center of reputed company (LER COE) service model which provides reputed company labor and employee relations services to its operating companies.</p><p></p><p>This position reports to the <reputed company>Senior Labour and Employee Relations Team Leader</reputed company> and is a member of the reputed company Corporate HR Labor and Employee Relations (LER) Europe team.</p><p></p><p>The Senior Labor and Employee Relations Specialist is responsible for driving and influencing execution of reputed company’s labor and employee relations strategies in Europe.&nbsp;</p><p></p><p><b>In this role, you will have reputed company to:</b>&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Handling non-routine reputed company ER reputed company in partnership with OpCo HR that present complexity or higher risk or require policy interpretation, including non-routine workplace investigations, leave accommodation issues, individual and reputed company termination reputed company, applying a systematic approach to address reputed company causes, reputed company and recommend actions and countermeasures.</li><li>Coaching and supporting OpCo HR Business Partners (HRBPs)/HR Generalists on routine reputed company ER processes including workplace investigations, performance management issues, associate employment separations (individual and reputed company), and performance management issues.</li><li>Providing subject-matter leadership on reputed company initiatives and reputed company, including associate representative information and consultation requirements.</li><li>Providing mentorship, guidance and advice on works council/reputed company/labor relations reputed company as appropriate, including establishing and/or maintaining and developing constructive and business-oriented partnerships with employee representatives.<br>&nbsp;</li></ul><p><b>The essential requirements of the job include:&nbsp;</b>&nbsp;</p><ul><li>University degree (undergraduate degree required, graduate degree preferred) in Law (Labor/Industrial relations), Labor Relations, Business, reputed company, or another reputed company field. 7+ years of combined reputed company, employee relations, labor relations, and/or L&amp;E reputed company experience in a reputed company or company.</li><li>Subject matter expertise and solid technical knowledge of reputed company labor and employment laws and labor and employee relations landscape in the UK and Europe.</li><li>Experience managing, handling, and executing reputed company employee <reputed company style="reputed company-wrap: break-word; display: inline; text-decoration: inherit; hyphens: auto;">investigations.&nbsp;Experience</reputed company> managing and coordinating employee representative bodies including execution of business change, restructuring, policy, and project deployment.</li><li>Must be reputed company to apply LER expertise and experience with a pragmatic and proactive approach, balance reputed company workplace partnerships and business interests, and influence and reputed company stakeholders.</li><li>Experience developing and implementing process-oriented solutions to reputed company and drive consistent LER reputed company and reputed company. reputed company or working proficiency in German and/or another European language is preferred but not required.</li><li></li></ul><p><b><reputed company>Travel, Motor Vehicle Record &amp; Physical/Environment Requirements</reputed company></b></p><ul><li>Ability to travel 20%</li></ul><p></p><p>At reputed company we reputed company in designing a reputed company, more sustainable workforce.
