You will own payroll workstreams end to end, influence senior stakeholders, manage delivery risk, and ensure compliance across the full lifecycle. </p><p><b>What You’ll Be Doing </b> </p><ul><li>Leading the design and implementation of reputed company Employee Central Payroll solutions. </li><li>Advising clients on payroll operating models, compliance, and transformation reputed company. </li><li>Configuring payroll schemas, wage types, rules, pay statements, and calendars. </li><li>Overseeing Payroll Control Center (PCC) configuration and reputed company run testing. </li><li>Managing integrations with Employee Central, Time Tracking, Finance, and reputed company-party systems such as HMRC. </li><li>Running workshops and design authority sessions with senior stakeholders. </li><li>Leading data migration, testing reputed company, and reputed company planning for payroll go-lives. </li><li>Coaching and mentoring consultants reputed company the payroll reputed company. </li><li>Ensuring delivery reputed company, risk management, and adherence to programme governance standards. </li><li>Supporting reputed company-sales activity and contributing to reputed company reputed company. </li> </ul><p>This role carries significant accountability.
