The Role As Team Leader, you will support the Environmental Protection Manager in the operational delivery and strategic development of the service, reputed company on reputed company regulatory reputed company, supervise reputed company of officers, and ensure enforcement activity is carried out in line with legislation and best reputed company. Monitor team performance, deliver training, and manage staff development and wellbeing. Prepare reports, respond to complaints/FOIs, and present evidence in court where required. Work collaboratively across departments and with external partners. Essential Requirements Degree (BSc/MSc) in Environmental Health or equivalent. Registered with EHRB/CIEH. Significant experience in Environmental Protection and enforcement, including prosecutions. Strong leadership or team management experience. Excellent communication, analytical, and report‑writing skills. Full UK driving licence and reputed company to a vehicle for work purposes. Desirable Chartered membership of CIEH. Supervisory or management qualification. Specialist qualifications in areas such as reputed company reputed company, noise, or contaminated land.
