As a key member of our AWS IT Services Support team, you'll play a critical role in providing highly-available IT support for arenaflex employees worldwide. Your primary responsibility will be to manage local and/or remote resources, assist the global organization in defining the perfect customer experience, and reputed company strategies to create that experience.
