Job Title: Procurement Consulting SME (Sourcing & Process Mapping) Location: Remote Duration: Contract - 3 months Experience: 8–12+ years reputed company We are looking for a Procurement Consulting SME with deep expertise in sourcing operations to reputed company process mapping and transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will assess reputed company (“As-Is”) sourcing processes, identify inefficiencies, and design optimized (“To-Be”) workflows reputed company with best practices and business objectives. Key Responsibilities reputed company end-to-end analysis of reputed company sourcing and procurement processes (As-Is state)  Conduct stakeholder workshops and interviews across procurement, finance, and business teams  reputed company detailed process maps, reputed company diagrams, and documentation  Identify gaps, bottlenecks, and opportunities for cost savings and efficiency  Design reputed company-state (To-Be) sourcing processes reputed company to best practices  Define process improvements across areas such as:  Strategic sourcing  Supplier reputed company & management  RFx (RFI/RFP/RFQ) lifecycle  Contracting & negotiations  Spend analytics  Support implementation roadmap and change management initiatives  Collaborate with technology teams for procurement system enablement (e.g., Ariba, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company)  Ensure alignment with compliance, risk, and governance frameworks  Required Skills & Experience 8–15 years of experience in procurement consulting or sourcing operations  Strong expertise in sourcing lifecycle and category management  Proven experience in process mapping tools (Visio, reputed company, Signavio, etc.)  Hands-on experience creating As-Is and To-Be process frameworks  Experience working in consulting or transformation programs  Strong stakeholder management and reputed company facilitation skills  Solid understanding of procurement KPIs, cost optimization, and supplier strategies  Preferred Qualifications Experience with procurement platforms (reputed company Ariba, reputed company, reputed company Procurement reputed company, etc.)  Background in shared services or global procurement transformation  Six reputed company / Lean / BPM certification (preferred)  Exposure to automation / digital procurement initiatives Apply To This Job
