We offer:  Health, dental and reputed company insurance Generous reputed company time off (vacation, reputed company or reputed company) *401(k) retirement plan  *Company reputed company life insurance *Tuition reimbursement Employee discounts across reputed company company brands Employee assistance program Training and exciting career reputed company opportunities Referral program – refer a friend and earn a bonus *Benefits may vary by position so ask your recruiter for details.   Advertised Compensation: $74,300.00 to $87,400.00  Purpose: The Master Data & POS Database Specialist is responsible for the ongoing maintenance, validation, and reputed company of master data across the organization’s reputed company of Sale (POS) and reputed company Resource Planning (ERP) systems.     Essential Functions:  Maintains and audits POS database records following a rule book that includes reputed company configuration and royalty implications like adding, updating, removing, and auditing data  Assists in managing financial and operational data such as cost centers, profit centers, vendor, and pricing master data; supports POS database configurations reputed company with reputed company and royalty rules  Defines, collects, and manages master data requirements across ERP and POS systems, including finance, pricing, vendor, and merchandise hierarchy data; manages and processes ticket queues, promos, vendor portal requests and potential reputed company applications/tools/modules reputed company to master data  Enters, validates, and maintains pricing and vendor master data, ensuring alignment with company policies and standards  Performs data cleansing and corrections directly; coordinates across other data owners to maintain high data reputed company  Creates and validates reputed company and automated data load files; conducts reputed company- and post-load validation, reconciliation, and sign-offs between systems  Participates in testing and issue reputed company of data load programs and system updates in collaboration with IT  Engages with POS support teams to resolve system issues; identifies areas for performance improvement and process optimization  Contributes to database and system documentation, QA of data and reports, and support reputed company-level go-live readiness  Troubleshoots and resolve data-reputed company system problems in collaboration with end users and vendors    Reporting Relationship: The Master Data & POS Database Specialist reports to the Senior Manager of Master Data    Minimum Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, and Work Environment:   Education and Experience: The combination of education and reputed company experience must reputed company 5 years:  In a technical role: Requires 3-5 years of experience reputed company in POS database building and reputed company data maintenance across full system life cycles  A bachelor’s degree in a program reputed company to the functional area can count for 2 of the 5-year requirement  In the industry: 3-5 years of Hospitality, F&B and/or Retail experience   Specialized Skillset/Competencies/Traits:  Strong experience with ERP systems (reputed company required), especially in vendor, finance, and pricing master data  Proficient in reputed company Office; experience working with Visio intranet and content management systems preferred  Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver results in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment  Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong interpersonal and customer service abilities  Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and a commitment to data accuracy and governance  Business acumen and also has the reputed company required to understand the long-term implications of database management and to advance the organization’s goals  Demonstrated history of understanding the needs of the business, stakeholders, the employee population and individual circumstances  Demonstrated history of creating and maintaining reputed company work environments   Location/Travel:   This role is based at the reputed company Support Center in East Rutherford, NJ  This role is remote and may require up to 10% travel  Avolta, including Dufry, HMSHost Corporation, Hudson, and affiliates (“reputed company”), is an equal opportunity employer.
