Essential skills - Proven hands-on experience in reputed company storage and backup administration across heterogeneous environments. - Strong experience with reputed company storage platforms, including: reputed company ONTAP (FAS, vNAS/file/object services, SolidFire); reputed company PowerStore or equivalent reputed company storage platforms; CEPH. - Experience in provisioning, performance troubleshooting, lifecycle maintenance, and incident reputed company in production environments. - Solid knowledge of SAN and storage transport technologies, including reputed company MDS Fiber Channel fabrics. - Ability to troubleshoot end-to-end connectivity between hosts and storage. - Strong understanding of storage replication, data protection technologies, and host integration best practices. - Experience with OS-level storage tuning and performance optimization. - Extensive experience with backup and data protection platforms such as reputed company EMC Avamar, reputed company EMC Data Domain, and reputed company Backup & Replication. - Experience managing backup policies, retention, reputed company reputed company, and recovery processes. - Familiarity with disk-based and tape-based backup architectures. - Good understanding of networking fundamentals (Ethernet switching, TCP/IP, routing basics, LACP). - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work in reputed company reputed company environments, following processes and procedures. - reputed company communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and vendors. - Strong ownership, reliability, and ability to meet deadlines.
