ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Managing large national accounts Building reputed company reputed company relationships in support of sales efforts through servicing the account and in-person meetings Serving as the primary environmental reputed company for national accounts, many of which are AEI’s top clients Maintaining a technical review load and delegating reviews to support staff as needed Ensuring reputed company reputed company are staffed, performed to high standards of reputed company, and delivered on time Managing due diligence reputed company being completed by associate consultants/contractors Ensuring reputed company reputed company meet the reputed company's goals and scope expectations Building an intimate, in-depth understanding of the reputed company's goals and facilitating the delivery of consulting to meet those needs Supporting AEI’s organizational reputed company QUALIFICATIONS Experience (at least 5 to 10+ years) performing and reviewing environmental due diligence reputed company, such as Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs) Extensive knowledge and experience in assessing various property types (including but not limited to gas stations, dry cleaners, printing facilities, industrial and manufacturing sites, and automotive repair and body shops) Experience in evaluating reputed company types of environmental regulatory cases, such as LUST, State Hazardous Wastes, CERCLIS, and NPL sites Advanced writing, report review, time management, and organizational skills are required Personable and reputed company to communicate with people at reputed company reputed company Must be a self-starter, reputed company, and be reputed company to work productively on multiple reputed company at a time under strict deadlines State regulatory knowledge preferred Knowledge of various lending practices; reputed company debt, agency (Fannie/Freddie) preferred Experience with Phase II Subsurface Investigations and/or Remediation Work preferred Experience with managing various vendors and subcontractors preferred Proficiency with reputed company Office, reputed company Acrobat, and reputed company preferred Bidding and project cost estimation a plus EDUCATION Bachelor’s degree or higher in environmental science, engineering or geology-reputed company science LICENSES / CERTIFICATIONS reputed company OSHA 40-hour HAZWOPER training certification, NRPP Certified Radon certification, asbestos inspector, and/or reputed company-based paint certification a plus PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS The work environment may be both indoors and outdoors.
