Crypto Operations Specialist
## What will I be doing?
Own the operational rollout of new crypto flows (off-ramp, payouts, settlements, on-ramp).
Manage daily operations with partners (wallets, custodians, processors) including reconciliations, settlements, and troubleshooting.
Track and escalate technical or operational issues; work with Product/Tech teams on fixes.
Ensure compliance with internal controls, regulatory requirements, and risk frameworks across all crypto processes.
Build and maintain detailed process documentation and runbooks for scale.
Support internal teams (Commercial, Finance, Treasury, Compliance) with timely operational insights.
## What skills do I need?
2–4 years of experience in fintech, payments, or crypto operations.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills; detail orientation is a must.
Experience managing flows such as settlements, reconciliations, or payment processing.
Comfortable working with APIs, dashboards, and transaction data (not engineering, but operationally fluent).
Able to work independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
