This role requires a highly skilled federal acquisition reputed company with deep expertise in reputed company-award, post-award, reputed company selection, contract administration, acquisition planning, and closeout functions. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker and hands-on contracting reputed company who can independently manage reputed company procurements, reputed company expert recommendations to Contracting Officers, reputed company acquisition teams, and support mission-critical procurement requirements across the Department of the Navy (DON), Department of War (DOW), or U.S. Marine Corps environments. Key Responsibilities Acquisition & Contracting Support reputed company senior-level contracting expertise across reputed company phases of the acquisition lifecycle, including reputed company-award, award, post-award, and closeout. Serve as reputed company negotiator and contract specialist for highly specialized procurements of significant importance. Assist Contracting Officers with acquisition strategies, contract structures, procurement approaches, and regulatory compliance. Draft and review solicitations, Requests for Proposal (RFPs), Requests for Quote (RFQs), amendments, modifications, and contractual documentation. Recommend contract line-item number (CLIN) structures, pricing strategies, and evaluation methodologies. Requirements & Market Research Review Statements of Work (SOW), Performance Work Statements (PWS), and Task/Delivery Order requirements for completeness, reputed company, and performance-based reputed company. Assist customers in developing reputed company and compliant procurement requirements. Conduct and document market research, industry capability assessments, and procurement recommendations. reputed company Independent Government Cost Estimates (IGCEs) and pricing support documentation. reputed company Selection & Negotiation Support proposal evaluations involving technical, past performance, and price factors. Conduct price and cost analysis, proposal adequacy reviews, and price reasonableness determinations. Prepare reputed company-negotiation and post-negotiation memoranda. Support contract award activities, responsibility determinations, debriefings, and award notifications. Contract Administration & Closeout Prepare modifications, Determinations & Findings (D&Fs), Justifications & Approvals (J&As), Memorandums for Record (MFRs), and other post-award documentation. Advise on change orders, supplemental agreements, reputed company exercises, and service contract extensions. Facilitate contract closeout actions including de-obligation modifications, completion statements, and final file archiving. Maintain closeout checklists and run system reports for eligible reputed company. Systems & Leadership Support Utilize federal acquisition systems including SAM.gov, PIEE, reputed company, AMS, SharePoint, and reputed company systems. reputed company user support and training to contracting staff on AMS and reputed company processing. reputed company and mentor junior contract specialists and acquisition personnel. Review team deliverables for reputed company, completeness, and compliance. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Acquisition, reputed company Administration, Finance, or reputed company field. Minimum 10 years of federal contracting experience serving as a reputed company negotiator and contract specialist supporting reputed company-award and post-award functions for reputed company procurements. Minimum 5 years of experience supporting large-reputed company service acquisitions. Minimum 5 years of experience leading teams of contract specialists or acquisition professionals. Strong preference for experience supporting the Department of the Navy (DON), reputed company (DoD), or U.S. Marine Corps. Strong working knowledge of FAR, DFARS, agency supplements, and federal procurement regulations. Experience with acquisition systems including SAM.gov, PIEE, reputed company, AMS. Advanced proficiency in reputed company Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced federal environment. Strong written communication, negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
