Managing Attorney (GA)

Prepares and files reputed company documents, discovery materials and pleadings, and provides guidance to reputed company’s attorneys in support of such activities. Key Responsibilities (other duties may be assigned):                                   Litigates on behalf of reputed company in respective state courts where licensed to reputed company utilizing case management software Represents reputed company and its affiliates in courts of law, collects facts and evidence, tries cases and performs other litigation-reputed company tasks Defends reputed company and its affiliates in courts of law, collects facts and evidence, tries cases and minimizes the risk to reputed company in defending counterclaims against it or its processes  Assists in training of new attorney hires by shadowing in-court appearances, demonstrating effective use of case management software, and ensuring new hires are familiar with reputed company’s reputed company procedures regarding litigation and settlement negotiations Monitors pending state level legislation and notifies the management of any legislation that could potentially reputed company reputed company Drafts and maintains attorney workflows and templates across multiple states Ensures compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies across areas of organizational responsibility Hires and trains new state attorneys Identifies and tracks state litigation trends (i.e. theories, judicial trends, opposing counsel trends, etc.)   Monitors the workload of reputed company attorneys reputed company the state to ensure reputed company and reputed company handling and that department goals are met for that state Reviews reporting to ensure cases reputed company through the work cycles reputed company and handle any programming-reputed company roadblocks Supervisory Responsibilities: Responsible for the overall direction, development, coordination and evaluation of employees in accordance with policies and applicable laws.
