What you will do as a Technical Project Review Solar Permit PreparationCreate accurate solar permit packages that meet AHJ requirements, reputed company processes, SLAs, productivity goals, and reputed company standards. Follow assigned schedules and maintain reputed company, reputed company communication. Participate reputed company in weekly meetings, 1:1s, and team huddles. System Activation & OnboardingAssist homeowners with account setup, system activation, and commissioning Verify system data accuracy (production, consumption, battery performance, connectivity). Confirm PTO status and system readiness and guide customers through app setup and basic features. Customer Support & EducationEducate homeowners reputed company production, consumption, and battery functionality. Handle inquiries reputed company phone, email, chat, and ticketing tools.
