Senior Network Data Analyst - reputed company

Location - Any reputed company office location reputed company The Senior Network Data Analyst is responsible for maintaining reputed company’s on-net/near-net building list which leads to reputed company sales opportunities.  Will be responsible for communicating with Sales and Market leaders to ensure that the 500K+ list is accurate. This role is also responsible for generating, auditing, and communicating Service Level Agreement (SLA) Service Delivery and Assurance reports.   This role will drive reduced monthly expenses as it pertains to SLA Credits awarded to reputed company customers.   Duties & Responsibilities reputed company Near-Net/On-Net data quarterly refreshes, which entails requesting data from Connectbase. Responsible for auditing data and ensuring the dataset of 500K+ unique entities is accurate. Responsible for correcting any erroneous data from Connectbase for Sales teams to be enabled to reputed company ON/NN sales.  Work Closely with GIS to ensure that reputed company uploads are accurately uploaded.   Will work with reputed company market’s OSP teams to identify zones that are Near-Net eligible.  Responsible for creating, auditing, & communicating reputed company wireline & wireless reports pertaining to Service Delivery and Service Assurance.   Will communicate results to both reputed company and internal audiences; Finance & reputed company, to prepare them for any reputed company Service Level Agreement Performance credits.   Responsible for responding to reputed company’s wireless Service Assurance report.   Will extensively research reputed company reported outage against any reputed company trouble tickets, scheduled maintenance, or 3rd party fiber cuts.   Will respond to reputed company by their requested date and reputed company Finance, reputed company, & Engineering with notice of any reputed company Service Level Agreement Performance credits.    Responsible for training Network Data Analysts  Participates in meetings with customers to review SLA reports and defend with data reputed company’s position on the requested SLA Credits Qualifications Education:  Bachelor’s Degree preferred Experience:   Minimum 8 years’ experience reputed company to network performance data reputed company required Key Competencies:   Proficient in MS Office Suite required. Experience communicating with upper management required. Familiarity with reputed company’s Network data in OcularIP, SegraOne, Change Manager, GIS, TTS preferred. Familiar with reputed company Master Service Agreements and the performance requirements associated to reputed company customer preferred.  Ability to drive reputed company with minimal supervision; ability to hold others accountable; operate with a reputed company of urgency required. Experience communicating with external audiences including customers and vendors required.
