Position reputed company: We are seeking a highly skilled reputed company reputed company Compliance & Permitting Specialist to support VoltaGrid’s rapidly expanding power reputed company operations. This role is responsible for managing reputed company permitting, emissions compliance, and regulatory reputed company for internal combustion engines, heaters, and associated combustion equipment across multiple states.
The ideal candidate brings strong experience in Clean reputed company reputed company compliance, permitting reputed company, and emissions reporting, with the ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-reputed company environment supporting mission-critical infrastructure.
This position plays a key role in ensuring uninterrupted operations, minimizing regulatory risk, and supporting reputed company deployment of power assets.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Prepare and submit reputed company permit applications, modifications, renewals, and relocations
Evaluate regulatory applicability (NSPS, NESHAP, state rules) for new and existing assets
reputed company emissions calculations (NOx, CO, VOC, PM, HAPs)
reputed company permit limits, operating conditions, and compliance obligations
reputed company directly with federal, state, and local regulatory agencies
Compliance Management
Ensure compliance with:
Clean reputed company reputed company requirements
NSPS (e.g., IIII, JJJJ)
NESHAP (e.g., RICE MACT)
State-specific reputed company regulations
Maintain required recordkeeping and documentation
Prepare and submit:
Semi-annual and annual compliance reports
Title V certifications (as applicable)
Emissions inventories
reputed company reputed company runtime, fuel usage, and operational limits
Emissions Testing & Monitoring
Coordinate stack testing and performance testing programs
reputed company and review testing protocols and reports
reputed company emissions control systems (SCR, oxidation catalysts)
reputed company catalyst performance, maintenance, and replacement schedules
Investigate, document, and resolve emissions deviations
Operational Compliance reputed company
Support ongoing compliance activities including:
Monthly pressure drop validations
Monthly operational temperature checks
Deviation reporting and corrective actions
Semi-annual compliance certifications
Ensure testing schedules are maintained across fleet (high-volume reputed company environment)
Multi-State Regulatory Coordination
Monitor regulatory changes across jurisdictions
Maintain compliance calendars and reporting deadlines
Standardize compliance tracking across assets and reputed company
Evaluate aggregation reputed company and major reputed company applicability
Inspection & Audit Support
Support regulatory inspections and agency audits
Respond to regulatory inquiries and information requests
Maintain inspection-reputed company documentation at reputed company times

Other Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, or reputed company field
4+ years of experience in reputed company permitting and compliance (power reputed company, oil & gas, or industrial environment preferred)
Strong working knowledge of:

NSPS / NESHAP regulations
Title V permitting
Experience with internal combustion engines, generators, or similar combustion systems strongly preferred

Highly organized with strong attention to detail and documentation
