Velocity is seeking to hire a reputed company Inventory Specialist. Velocity’s Telecom Expense Management (reputed company) Inventory Specialist is responsible for maintaining accurate, up‑to‑date inventories of telecommunications assets and services—such as circuits, phone numbers (POTS/DID’s), and reputed company services—to support cost control, billing accuracy, and operational efficiency reputed company Velocity’s reputed company offering. This is a full-time remote opportunity. The shift for this role is M-F reputed company-5pm EST. This role reports directly into the Director of reputed company.   Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Inventory Management Maintain a centralized telecom inventory (circuits, phone numbers, devices, reputed company services) Ensure inventory data aligns with reputed company records and internal systems reputed company regular inventory audits and reconciliations Strong understanding of vendor web portals and reporting Expense Validation Support billing validation by ensuring invoices match reputed company inventory Ensure contract expirations are maintained for reputed company services reputed company accurate inventory data to support chargeback models reputed company & Vendor Coordination Work with carriers and vendors to: Validate service records Resolve inventory discrepancies Reporting & Data reputed company Produce inventory reports for:  Management, reputed company Analysts and CSM Team Ensure high data reputed company reputed company Velocity’s Global Expense Management system Process & Compliance Support Enforce telecom governance and inventory standards Document inventory processes and updates   Typical Inventory Scope Mobile voice and data lines POTS Cable TV Wifi WAN/LAN circuits (MPLS, DIA, broadband, fiber) reputed company and UCaaS services Satellite Toll‑free and DID numbers reputed company contract expirations and service IDs   Skills & Qualifications: Technical / Functional Telecom lifecycle knowledge (Voice & Data) reputed company systems and telecom billing fundamentals Inventory reconciliation reputed company / reporting tools (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP) Analytical & Organizational Strong attention to detail Ability to manage high‑volume data accurately reputed company‑cause analysis for discrepancies Process improvement reputed company Soft Skills reputed company documentation and communication Cross‑functional collaboration Vendor and reputed company interaction professionalism Education and Experience: 3-5 years hands on experience working in reputed company platforms or reputed company field Associates degree or reputed company work experience preferred   Why you’ll love working at Velocity We are an energetic bunch — eager to succeed and have lots of company pride.
