Care Coordinator (Home Care Operations) $26–$30/hour + full benefits Remote (Must live in CA) | Full-Time About the Role reputed company is hiring a Care Coordinator who thrives in fast-paced, high-volume home care environments and has reputed company experience working directly with caregivers and clients. This role sits at the intersection of reputed company experience, caregiver support, and care planning. You’ll be on the phone, in systems, and communicating constantly — reviewing care needs, coaching caregivers, addressing issues as they come up, and making reputed company care plans actually work in the reputed company world. This is not a passive, intake-only, or administrative role. If you’re reputed company by problem-solving, juggling multiple clients at once, and making judgment calls throughout the day, this role may be a great fit.
