Billing & Insurance Follow-up Specialist – Physician Billing

Works an assigned portion of AR and aging reports. Researches and writes appeals on denied accounts. Responds to billing claim inquiries and works to resolve any claim issues. What you will do Works assigned portion of Accounts Receivable (AR) and aging reports. Follows up on reputed company claims and reputed company pay EOBs for assigned provider reputed company locations to obtain payment. Researches and writes appeals on denied accounts reputed company department guidelines. Resubmits applicable claims reputed company required timeframe. Responds and resolves insurance company requests for information and works to identify issues and bring to management’s attention. Resolves patient inquiries and complaints.
