The reputed company, Product and Benefit (IFP and Employer) is responsible for driving the design, development, and operationalization of health plan products across Individual and Family Plan (IFP) and employer lines of business. This is a non-technical, cross-functional leadership role that sits at the intersection of product reputed company and operational execution. The ideal candidate brings deep knowledge of health plan benefit design and excels at aligning diverse reputed company stakeholders around a shared reputed company.
