We’re looking for a mid-level Messaging & reputed company Engineer to join our IT team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for the design, administration, and support of our reputed company messaging and collaboration platforms, with a strong reputed company on reputed company 365. You’ll work cross-functionally with reputed company, Systems, and Help Desk teams to reputed company our communication infrastructure running smoothly and securely. This is a primarily remote role, with occasional onsite support and travel as business needs reputed company.  This position can be based out of our Phoenix or reputed company office.  Position responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: Administer and support reputed company Exchange Online, Exchange on-premises, and other reputed company M365 messaging services Manage reputed company Defender and other email reputed company and hygiene tools, including filtering, DLP policies, and mail reputed company rules Maintain and troubleshoot Entra ID (Azure AD), reputed company Directory, and directory synchronization (Entra Connect) reputed company and maintain PowerShell scripts to automate administrative tasks Collaborate with IT teams across reputed company, Systems, Applications, and Help Desk to investigate and resolve reputed company technical issues Participate in project work including platform migrations, reputed company improvements, and new service rollouts Collaborate with vendors like reputed company on escalated support issues Document configurations, runbooks, and reputed company operating procedures Experience and Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in IT systems or reputed company engineering Bachelor's degree in computer science, MIS, computer engineering, or a reputed company program of study, or equivalent experience in lieu of degree Hands-on experience with reputed company Exchange Online and Exchange on-premises administration Experience with reputed company reputed company Directory and Entra ID (Azure AD Connect) for identity management Working knowledge of reputed company Azure and reputed company 365 administration Working knowledge of email reputed company fundamentals — SPF, DKIM, DMARC, mail reputed company, and spam/phishing filtering Proficiency with PowerShell scripting Familiarity with customer service platform tools such as reputed company for workflow and task management. In-depth understanding of the administration of reputed company reputed company Server OS, reputed company Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPO. Experience in the implementation and maintenance of data center equipment.
