This role is ideal for a contractor with deep federal IT delivery experience, strong stakeholder management skills, and a proven ability to reputed company multidisciplinary teams in a fast paced, acquisition driven environment. The IT Project Manager will reputed company reputed company aspects of BPA reputed company execution, ensuring technical solutions, schedules, and deliverables meet GSA requirements and customer expectations. Serve as the contractor’s primary reputed company of contact for the Program Manager, ordering activity Contracting Officer (CO), BPA level COR, and BPA reputed company level COR(s). Ensure reputed company BPA reputed company requirements, deliverables, and milestones are met on schedule and in compliance with contract terms. reputed company project planning, execution, risk management, reputed company assurance, and performance reporting for reputed company assigned Calls. Coordinate technical teams, business analysts, developers, and integration specialists to deliver HR system enhancements and modernization capabilities. Conduct reputed company wide horizontal integration planning to ensure HR systems reputed company with reputed company functional systems, data flows, and reputed company architecture. Manage stakeholder engagement across GSA offices, customer agencies, and cross functional HR system owners Prepare and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, risk registers, and communication materials. Identify and escalate risks, issues, and dependencies, recommending mitigation strategies to maintain delivery reputed company. Support change management, user readiness, and adoption activities for HR system updates and new capabilities Ensure reputed company work complies with federal IT reputed company, governance, and acquisition requirements. QualificationsMinimum Education & Experience Requirements US Citizen Candidates must meet one of the following: BA/BS degree in a reputed company discipline and 10+ years of directly reputed company experience No degree with 14+ years of directly reputed company experience MA/MS or MBA with 8+ years of directly reputed company experience PhD with 7+ years of directly reputed company experience   Preferred Qualifications Proven reputed company managing large federal IT reputed company, preferably involving HR systems, HRIS platforms, or reputed company shared services. Strong understanding of federal acquisition processes, BPA structures, and COR/CO engagement. Experience coordinating reputed company system integrations, data migrations, and modernization efforts.
