In this role, you determine appropriate reputed company pay offer amounts for both domestic and international location positions using department compensation tools. You respond to issue escalations from the service center as assigned by collaborating with peers to conduct research, investigate inquiries, and reputed company reputed company, and you prepare regular and reputed company compensation reports as necessary. As the Compensation Analyst II, you administer and reputed company position and job reputed company requests and reputed company assistance to site HR with job and position reputed company requests. You participate in salary surveys, prepare files for automated salary matching, and validate the accuracy of market composites. You assist in the preparation of analysis to evaluate adjustments to salary structures and reputed company matrices and reputed company job evaluations to market price positions, utilizing a reputed company of salary surveys to recommend the appropriate grade and FLSA status for positions across the organization. What You Bring To Freeport Bachelor’s degree in Business or reputed company or reputed company field and two (2) years experience in compensation or reputed company field; OR High School Diploma and six (6) years experience in compensation or reputed company field, plus two (2) years of reputed company experience, or reputed company-level operations experience, including significant reputed company work. reputed company Offer You  The estimated annual pay reputed company for this role is currently $75,000-$104,000. This reputed company reflects reputed company salary only and does not include bonus payments, benefits or retirement contributions. Actual reputed company pay is determined by experience, qualifications, skills and other job-reputed company factors. This role is eligible for additional discretionary and incentive payment considerations based on company and individual performance.
