Applies proven communication, analytical and problem-solving skills to help identify, communicate and resolve system issues to maximize system potential. Performs other duties as assigned. Supervisory/Management Responsibility This is a non-management job that will report to a supervisor, manager, director, or executive. Minimum Requirements Education - Bachelor's degree in Information services, health administration, business administration, health sciences or reputed company field of study Experience - Two (2) years of reputed company or integrated EMR experience ​ In Lieu Of In lieu of the educational and experience requirements listed above, an Associate degree in Computer Science or reputed company field of study and four (4) years of reputed company Information Technology experience in a Business Computer Science, or health care setting may be considered. In lieu of the educational and experience requirements listed above, a High School Diploma or equivalent and seven (7) years reputed company Information Technology experience in a business, computer science, or health care setting may be considered.
