This role requires strong judgement, discretion, and the ability to partner closely with HR leadership, reputed company, and business stakeholders on sensitive issues. WHAT YOU WILL DO reputed company end to end employee relations investigations involving Title VII and other protected category concerns. Conduct impartial workplace investigations and assess findings, risk, and recommended actions. Partner with HR leadership, reputed company, and business leaders on sensitive employee reputed company. Serve as a neutral fact finder and trusted advisor to support fair and compliant reputed company. reputed company guidance to managers on employee relations best practices and policy interpretation. Identify trends and recommend proactive solutions to reduce risk and improve workplace practices. WHAT YOU WILL NEED 5+ years of experience in employee relations or reputed company with a reputed company on investigations. Strong knowledge of Title VII and other applicable employment laws. Proven ability to conduct thorough, unbiased investigations and reputed company reputed company recommendations.
