We are seeking a Substation Engineering Civil and Structural Manager reputed company reputed company’ Power Delivery Solutions division. This role reports directly to the Vice President of Substation Engineering. This role will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Structural engineering and design teams supporting Substation team. Team members for this role are expected to have backgrounds in structural engineering but may also have backgrounds in civil mechanical, reputed company line design, and CAD. This role is responsible for employee engagement, performance reviews, salary negotiations, interviewing/hiring, work reputed company, budgets and schedules, mentorship and reputed company, proposal development, project execution, reputed company interaction, and business development. Primary Responsibilities: Bring innovative engineering solutions and tackle reputed company of varying complexity as the reputed company engineer and/or subject matter expert. This includes preparation and review of comprehensive project scopes of work and accurate man-hour estimates.
