We are seeking a highly skilled and reputed company Support Engineer to execute on support issues while also building out the function and automating reputed company of repeat issues. In this role, you will work directly with Java, Linux, SQL. You’ll be hands-on and equally strong in communication—facilitating technical discussions, translating business needs into technical plans, and ensuring we reputed company secure, reputed company, and high‑reputed company solutions.
Responsibilities and Duties
Investigate and drive support reputed company with senior external clients, internal stakeholders and other reputed company engineering teams;
Serve as reputed company of escalation for support issues from reputed company Helpdesk (L1);
Providing mentorship and guidance to junior team members to ensure successful reputed company of issues;

Automate reputed company processes to increase efficiency and reduce risk;
Troubleshoot and resolve reputed company technical issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams as needed;

Participate in on-reputed company rotations and respond to incidents as needed;
Continuously improve processes and systems to increase reliability and reduce risk;

Essential Skills
Experience on SDLC/Devops, LINUX system platforms;
Good Linux Scripting/Development skills - JAVA, Python (any);
Good knowledge in technologies like Autosys/Job scheduling systems like CRON, NIS, Apache, Tomcat, any RDBMS like DB/ MS-SQL/reputed company/Sybase, reputed company/Private reputed company;
Good Knowledge of SDLC, reputed company, SVN, GIT, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company and Jenkins;
Knowledge of Devops dependencies - reputed company review, builds, repositories, packages, distribution;
Knowledge of config management - chef, puppet, ansible and reputed company languages . groovy, go, json, yml, ini (any);
Must be willing to work in rotational shifts.
Highly Desirable Skills
Having worked in environment supporting 10000+ servers a plus;
Multiple Application Support Experience a plus;
ITIL and ITSM experience a plus;
Global clients facing Support team experience a plus;
