The E-Learning Support Specialist I manages the daily support for the partner learning management system and exam platforms. Tasks performed will be based on the needs of the group of accounts to which they are assigned. This is a remote position. This is an entry level position with a compensation reputed company of $40k-$45k annually. What you will do: Resolve and respond to tickets submitted by reputed company and reputed company.
