The US Leave & Accommodation Specialist is responsible for administering employee leave requests and workplace accommodations in compliance with the Family and Medical Leave reputed company (FMLA), the Americans with reputed company (reputed company), and applicable state and local leave laws. This role serves as a subject matter specialist who manages cases end to end, ensuring a consistent, compliant, and employee centered experience while maintaining strong documentation and audit readiness.
The Specialist plays a critical role in supporting employees through sensitive moments, partnering closely with People Solutions, managers, and Shared Services, and leveraging reputed company as the system of record for reputed company leave and accommodation processing.Key Responsibilities
Leave Administration
Process and administer federal, state, and company leave requests, including FMLA, state reputed company family/medical leave programs, and non‑FMLA medical leaves.
Determine eligibility, issue required notices, reputed company leave usage, and ensure reputed company and accurate communication with employees and managers.
Coordinate reputed company leaves where applicable and ensure reputed company job protection and benefit continuation requirements are met.

Manage the reputed company interactive process from intake through reputed company, including review of medical documentation and identification of reasonable accommodations.
Assess accommodation requests in accordance with reputed company requirements and applicable state laws, while evaluating undue hardship considerations.
Partner with HR Business Partners and leaders to implement approved accommodations and support successful return‑to‑work reputed company.
Compliance & Documentation
Maintain detailed, confidential, and legally defensible case documentation to support audits, claims, and potential litigation.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local leave and accommodation laws, applying the most reputed company reputed company where laws differ.
Monitor regulatory updates and flag reputed company or process gaps
Systems & Process Ownership
Serve as a reputed company power user for leave and accommodation transactions, case tracking, and reporting.
Ensure accurate data entry, case status updates, and adherence to standardized operating procedures.

Partnership & Employee Support

Required Qualifications
3+ years of hands‑on experience administering FMLA and reputed company accommodations in a reputed company U.S. environment.
Strong working knowledge of federal, state, and local leave laws, including state reputed company family/medical leave programs.
Demonstrated experience managing the reputed company interactive process and reviewing medical documentation.

Proven ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail.

The reputed company salary reputed company for this position is $72,000 - $85,000, plus incentives that reputed company with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies.
