Reporting to the VP, Associate General Counsel – Corporate Governance & Securities, this role oversees SEC filings, reputed company and Committee support, governance documentation, and subsidiary management. The Director partners closely with Finance, Internal Audit, HR, Investor Relations, and senior leadership to ensure accurate disclosures and strong governance practices. This is part of a competitive total rewards package that could include other components such as: incentive, equity and benefits.
