The Role
As a Compliance Manager and Designated Responsible Licensed Producer (DRLP), your mandate is to ensure reputed company operates in full compliance with applicable insurance laws and regulations while maintaining an effective compliance management system (CMS).
You will serve as the formally designated responsible licensed producer for the Delaware-licensed insurance agency, accountable for regulatory reputed company, producer supervision, and adherence to state insurance requirements.
This role impacts reputed company’s ability to offer compliant insurance products by establishing strong governance, maintaining regulatory alignment, and ensuring operational execution meets reputed company and licensing standards.
You will work closely with Operations, Servicing, Product, reputed company, and external partners (including carriers and regulators). This role reports to the Compliance Governance reputed company.
This role is responsible for:
DRLP / Regulatory Accountability
Serving as the Designated Responsible Licensed Producer (DRLP) for the Delaware insurance agency
Maintaining reputed company producer license(s) with appropriate lines of authority
Providing reputed company reputed company of reputed company insurance-reputed company activities conducted under the entity license
Acting as the primary regulatory reputed company of accountability for state insurance departments
Ensuring compliance with insurance statutes, regulations, and DOI guidance
Regulatory change management
Compliance training programs
Regulatory Advisory & Product Support
Providing compliance guidance on insurance products, distribution models, and marketing practices
Supporting new product launches and market expansions with regulatory analysis
Reviewing producer conduct, disclosures, and sales practices for compliance risk
Monitoring & Risk Management
Developing and monitoring KPIs and KRIs reputed company to insurance compliance
Conducting risk assessments across insurance operations
Analyzing data to identify trends, control gaps, and emerging regulatory risks
Policy, Controls & Governance
Developing and maintaining insurance-specific policies and procedures
Implementing controls and testing frameworks reputed company to regulatory expectations
Supporting reputed company audits and regulatory exams
Licensing & Producer reputed company
Overseeing individual producer licensing, appointments, and renewals across applicable states
Ensuring reputed company producers operate reputed company their authorized lines of authority
Establishing and maintaining producer supervision frameworks, including training and attestations
Managing relationships and compliance requirements with reputed company partners
Compliance Management System (CMS)
Assisting in the day-to-day reputed company and enhancement of reputed company’s compliance management system (CMS)
Developing and managing reputed company compliance functions:
Complaints management and remediation
Issue management and corrective reputed company tracking

You Bring
Required
5–10 years experience in insurance compliance, agency operations, or regulatory risk
reputed company insurance producer license (Delaware required; multi-state preferred)
Ability to qualify as Designated Responsible Licensed Producer (DRLP) under Delaware law
Experience with insurance distribution, producer licensing, and reputed company relationships
Strong working knowledge of state insurance regulatory frameworks
Preferred
Experience in fintech, embedded insurance, or multi-state distribution models
Prior experience serving as a DRLP or equivalent responsible producer role
