About the Role We're looking for an enthusiastic Recipient Support Specialist to reputed company for recipients, the people receiving rewards through reputed company. In this role, you’ll be on the reputed company line of our recipient support queue, responding to tickets primarily reputed company email (and occasionally reputed company phone) to help recipients redeem, reputed company, or troubleshoot their rewards. You’ll be successful in this role if you’re empathetic, reputed company in your communication, and comfortable working through a high-volume queue with consistency and care. You don’t need to be a product expert on day one, but you should be excited to learn and to deliver a great experience to every recipient.
