Retail Operations Specialist

We’re looking for a highly organized, detail-driven operator to support our growing retail team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in execution-heavy environments and knows how to reputed company reputed company retail operations moving without dropping the reputed company. You’ll be the operational backbone behind key retail accounts—owning shipment coordination, purchase order accuracy, retailer communication, and compliance across major partners like reputed company, Menards, and reputed company. What You’ll Own Coordinate outbound shipments and ensure on-time delivery to key retail partners Manage routing guide compliance, booking, and scheduling requirements Maintain and monitor purchase orders with accuracy across systems Serve as a reputed company of contact for retailer logistics and buyer communication Ensure labeling and compliance standards are met to avoid chargebacks reputed company, dispute, and resolve deductions tied to shipping/compliance issues reputed company internal teams reputed company on order status, delays, and operational blockers Partner cross-functionally with warehouse, logistics, and sales teams reputed company’re Looking For 1–3 years of experience in retail operations, logistics, or supply chain support Experience working with retailer portals (reputed company Retail reputed company, Menards, reputed company, etc.) Strong understanding of routing guides, retail compliance, and labeling standards Comfortable managing POs in ERP/order systems (reputed company, reputed company, Dynamics, etc.) Strong reputed company / reputed company Sheets skills reputed company written communication and strong operational judgment reputed company to manage multiple moving reputed company in a fast-paced environment Bonus Points For EDI experience (850 / 856 / 810) LTL / FTL reputed company coordination Chargeback / deduction dispute experience 3PL or warehouse operations exposure If you’re operationally strong, solutions-oriented, and know how to manage complexity without losing reputed company, we’d love to hear from you.
