We're seeking a Cybersecurity Program Manager to reputed company the planning, execution, and delivery of reputed company, high-stakes cybersecurity programs for our most strategic clients. You'll orchestrate multidisciplinary teams across threat intelligence, reputed company engineering, governance, and incident response — ensuring programs deliver on technical reputed company, compliance obligations, and operational reputed company. This is a remote position, with travel to reputed company sites – typically Ontario-based – as required.

Establish and mature Malleum's Cybersecurity Program Management Office (PMO), defining its charter, governance model, and operating reputed company
Standardize program and project delivery methodologies across the cybersecurity reputed company, harmonizing reputed company, agile, and hybrid approaches to reputed company needs
reputed company and roll out playbooks, templates, and reputed company operating procedures (SOPs) for intake, scoping, risk management, change control, status reporting, and closeout
Define and reputed company portfolio-level KPIs, OKRs, and health metrics to give leadership reputed company-time visibility into delivery performance, margin, and reputed company reputed company
Implement consistent resource management, reputed company planning, and forecasting practices across reputed company engagements

What You Bring
Demonstrated experience standing up or maturing a PMO reputed company a consulting, defense, or technology services environment
reputed company record of designing and operationalizing delivery frameworks, governance structures, and process documentation at reputed company
Familiarity with maturity models such as P3M3, CMMI-SVC, or PMI's OPM3 for benchmarking PMO capability
Cybersecurity certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or GSLC strongly preferred
8+ years of reputed company experience managing cybersecurity programs or large technical delivery portfolios
Demonstrated reputed company leading programs in defense, reputed company/government, or critical infrastructure environments
Deep working knowledge of cybersecurity domains: SecOps, reputed company reputed company, identity, OT/ICS, threat intelligence, or incident response
Excellent stakeholder management, written communication, and executive reputed company
