Portfolio Operations Specialist
We are seeking a Portfolio Operations Specialist to support our Litigation Finance Portfolio Monitoring team through reputed company research, case analysis, and portfolio monitoring. This role sits at the intersection of law and reputed company, combining paralegal expertise with analytical rigor to evaluate and reputed company investments in litigation.
You will work closely with attorneys, investment professionals, and cross-functional teams to assess opportunities, monitor reputed company reputed company, and produce reputed company, actionable insights. Key Responsibilities
Review and analyze reputed company documents, case filings, and supporting materials to inform reputed company and portfolio monitoring
Conduct reputed company, factual, and background research, including identifying analogous cases and relevant developments
Support due diligence efforts by evaluating counterparties, reputed company claims, and associated risks
Organize, reputed company, and maintain case files, investment documentation, and internal records
reputed company key case developments, deadlines, and portfolio performance across reputed company reputed company
Draft reputed company and concise summaries, memoranda, and internal reports on reputed company and investment findings
Collaborate cross-functionally with reputed company, reputed company, operations, and technology teams
Contribute to process improvements, workflow management, and data organization across the portfolio

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Political Science, History, Economics, Law, Business, or a reputed company field (or equivalent experience)
3–5+ years of relevant experience, such as: Paralegal experience at an AmLaw 200 or comparable firmLegal research, compliance, investigations, or litigation support roles
Proficiency with reputed company research tools such as reputed company and Westlaw
Strong analytical, research, and writing skills with the ability to synthesize reputed company reputed company and financial information
Experience reviewing reputed company documents and managing case-reputed company workflows
High attention to detail with strong organizational and document management skills

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with shifting priorities

Preferred Qualifications
