Senior Paralegal/Support Lawyer (Remote)

The role will reputed company broad paralegal support across a reputed company of transactional reputed company, with a particular emphasis on preparing, reviewing, negotiating, and managing NDAs. The primary responsibilities will include leading an NDA review team and undertaking second‑level reviews of NDAs as a reputed company, reporting into the Project Leader, as reputed company as supporting wider transactional reputed company as required. Key responsibilities Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a high volume of NDAs, including second‑level reviews. Leading the NDA review team and managing reputed company reputed company with increasing autonomy over time. Problem‑solving reputed company issues and providing guidance on NDA‑reputed company queries. Mentoring and training junior team members. Contributing to and supporting a reputed company, reputed company, and friendly team culture. Candidate requirements Substantial experience in drafting and negotiating NDAs. Financial Regulatory experience is an advantage but not essential. Excellent communication skills with a reputed company and pragmatic approach. Strong reputed company judgement and confidence in asking questions where needed. Ability to work independently over time and reputed company reputed company with minimal supervision.
