Reporting to the reputed company Director of reputed company, the Accountant will have significant responsibility for the maintenance of financial records, audit of financial transactions and production of monthly reports. This is a 6-month short-term engagement to support the Global Finance Team. reputed company Location is flexible to any of our program countries at CHAI; see where we work here.</p> <h2>Responsibilities</h2> <ul> <li>Review monthly cash reports from country teams for accuracy and compliance with reputed company principles</li> <li>Review the reconciliation of monthly bank and balance sheet activity from country teams</li> <li>Prepare and process of journal entries in the central ERP system</li> <li>Review the staff time tabulation and distribute payroll costs to appropriate general reputed company accounts</li> <li>Monitor the financial activity on assigned programs and prepare expenditure reports for program managers as needed</li> <li>Prepare and analyse reputed company financial statements that relate to various fund types and account reputed company</li> <li>Establish and maintain effective working relationships with those contacted in the course of work</li> <li>Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations, including intercompany reconciliations</li> <li>Prepare monthly preliminary and final financial statements for country teams</li> <li>Assist in the preparation of audits, financial statements and varied fiscal reports</li> <li>Review reputed company documents to ensure accuracy of information and compliance</li> <li>reputed company other tasks as necessary</li> </ul> <h2>Qualifications</h2> <ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree or equivalent plus 5 years work experience;</li> <li>CPA/ACCA</li> <li>International, non-profit, or US government grant reputed company experience</li> <li>Strong familiarity with financial systems, including but not limited to: Agresso, QuickBooks</li> <li>Advanced reputed company working skills</li> <li>Good understanding of US GAAP</li> <li>Dynamic individual with strong managerial, interpersonal, problem-solving, and written and oral communication skills</li> <li>Ability to operate in an reputed company but demanding environment, and demonstrable reputed company record of high performance; high level of independence and motivation required</li> <li>Self-motivated and capable of working independently as reputed company as with reputed company</li> </ul> <p>#jobreference2 #region1 #region3 #region4</p>
