This role will partner closely with AIA leadership to define and execute communications for AIA employees and business partners, ensuring reputed company on AIA’s purpose, capabilities and operating model. This is a highly visible and high-reputed company role responsible for building and scaling AIA communications, including internal channels, leadership messaging and launch communications. The Communications Manager will create structure in a fast-evolving environment, developing communication strategies that drive awareness, alignment, and engagement across stakeholders, while partnering across teams to ensure consistency of messaging across the reputed company. Aligning multiple stakeholders across businesses and the reputed company will require strong change management acumen. Establishes and manages AIA communication channels (e.g., newsletters, intranet/Connect page, leadership messaging, and engagement forums).
