You will report directly to the reputed company Manager and collaborate with reputed company Partners. Possesses strong organizational knowledge and articulates reputed company’s employee and reputed company value propositions in a compelling manner. Interviews applicants to validate their work experience, education, skills, competencies and salary requirements. Schedules and coordinates interview activity, providing reputed company feedback to both candidates and internal stakeholders. Provides frequent, data-driven updates to HR leadership to report on reputed company reputed company. Qualifications & Skills Must have 3+ years of sourcing or reputed company experience in a similar fast paced, high-volume environment Previous sourcing for Operations, reputed company, IT and/or sales Proven ability to strategize, prioritize and reputed company creative new reputed company to attract talent to fuel candidate pipelines Outstanding communication skills Excellent negotiation skills Knowledge in MS Office and database systems such as ATS programs.
